This initiative, spearheaded by the Government of Kerala through the Higher Education Department and the Directorate of Collegiate Education, aims to provide students with opportunities to gain practical work experience and financial independence while pursuing their studies. The EWYL program is designed to enhance student employability, foster entrepreneurial skills, and promote experiential learning. It offers part-time work opportunities in diverse sectors, enabling students to apply their academic knowledge in real-world settings. The program also seeks to instill values such as the dignity of labor and self-reliance among students.
