6. Copy of Higher Secondary Certificate (Original and 2 copies)
7. Transfer Certificate (Original)
8. Conduct Certificate (Original –Valid for 6 months from the date of issue)
9. Community Certificate, Income Certificate and Non Creamy layer Certificate for OBC Category Candidates ( Original and 2 copies -Only if applicable)
10. Community Certificate along with Income and Assets Certificate for EWS in Annexure I and II ( Original and 2 copies -Only if applicable)
11. Community Certificate for SC/ST ( Original and 2 copies – Only if applicable)
12. NCC / NSS / SPC/ Dependant of Ex-Serviceman/ Nanma mudra Certificate during Higher Secondary/ First place or A Grade in Kerala State Higher Secondary / Vocational Higher Secondary Arts festival (Original and 2 copies – Only if applicable)
